Team Viewer provide the world’s favourite remote support solution, helping businesses around the globe connect teams working together in different places and solving their IT and technical challenges. They really wanted to make an impact and make the best use of a relatively small exhibition space.
Project Solution
We know that preparing for a big event or exhibition can sometimes put additional pressure on your in-house teams, so when Team Viewer were struggling to get graphics ready for the stand, we were able to step in and finish them off.
Our biggest challenge was to make space for both presentations and customer meetings without overcrowding the exhibition area. Making the best use of the open sided stand to create a welcoming feel, we added a screen for demonstrations and a mixture of casual seating and space where customers could sit at a table to discuss their needs.
Project Result
A really professional looking stand that made the most of the space available. Being able to put everything in place in just one day also helped to save installation and overall costs for Team Viewer. They now have a reusable exhibition space that they can use at other events.
